Psychotherapy and Registered Social Work together provide a compassionate and evidence-informed approach to supporting emotional and mental wellbeing. Psychotherapy offers a confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, helping individuals gain insight, develop coping strategies, and create meaningful change. Registered Social Work adds a holistic and strengths-based perspective, combining counselling, advocacy, and practical support to address both personal experiences and the broader social factors that influence them. Rooted in ethical practice and collaboration, these disciplines work together to promote resilience, balance, and overall wellbeing for individuals, couples, families, and communities.

Facing life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, and it takes real courage to reach out for support. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming space where you feel comfortable exploring your story and empowered to make meaningful changes. You don’t have to go through this alone — together, we’ll build coping skills, set goals that matter to you, and work through difficult emotions at your own pace. My approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and trauma-informed, with a focus on helping you reconnect with your resilience and potential.

I’m a Registered Social Worker with a Social Service Work Diploma from Lambton College, a Bachelor of Social Work from King’s University College, and a Master of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University. Over the past 14 years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings supporting youth and adolescents, older adults, and individuals facing anxiety, depression, crisis, and behavioural health challenges. My practice draws on client-centred, strengths-based, and emotion-focused approaches, integrating elements of narrative therapy, CBT, motivational interviewing, EMDR, and parts work. I believe that each person’s experience is unique, and that trust, empathy, and safety are the foundation of any healing process.

Outside of work, I love reading, singing, spending time with friends, and getting to the gym when I can.

If you’re curious about how we might work together, I offer a free consultation — it’s a chance to connect, ask questions, and see if I’m the right fit for you.
